Valentine's Day Events in 2021

Dated: February 4 2021

Anyone remember Valentine’s Day last year? I barely remember that pre-covid world where we made plans to get dressed up and leave the house, our kids shared candy with the class, and reservations for 2/14 were booked already. However, Denver is plodding on this February with amazing events both online and in-person to help you celebrate this amorous holiday.

Denver.Org is a great resource for events, openings, performances, and parades in not just Denver, but also the surrounding areas, from Highlands Ranch to Loveland. These are some of my favorite ideas from their 2021 Valentine’s Day round-up

FAMILY MAKE AND TAKE: GARDEN VALENTINES

WHEN: Feb. 7, 13 & 14, 2021

WHERE: Denver Botanic Gardens

Flowers and plants are used year-round to send messages of love, happiness and joy. Explore the different shapes, textures and colors of dried flowers, leaves and seeds and use them to decorate a Valentine's Day display to share with loved ones.

ROMANCE UNDER THE SEA

WHEN: Feb. 12–14, 2021

WHERE: Downtown Aquarium

Looking for a unique dining experience this Valentine's Day? Take your sweetheart to the Downtown Aquarium for a decadent four-course meal, complete with two glasses of champagne and two Aquarium Adventure Passes.

BOULDER SYMPHONY: 'TRUE LOVE'

WHEN: Feb. 13, 2021

WHERE: Boulder Theater

Celebrate music from the last hundred years to today that brings the greatest love stories to life. All tickets are sold in tables of four or eight and include two drinks (beer, wine or well). Additional beverages, food and upgrades will be available for purchase at your table.
